AN ACT relating to motor vehicle special license plates.
     Amend KRS 186.164 to permit the reissuance of a special license plate for use on another vehicle leased or acquired by the licensee during the current registration period upon payment of the $3 clerk fee; require an owner or lessee who has a special license plate reissued for a vehicle previously registered in this state to return the regular license plate being replaced to the county clerk.
