     AN ACT relating to the operation of school buses.
     Create a new section of KRS 281A to define the term "cellular telephone"; under certain conditions, prohibit the use of cellular telephone by a school bus driver; amend KRS 281A.190 to establish the fine for using a cellular phone while driving a school bus.
