     AN ACT relating to pharmacists.
     Amend KRS 217.015 to add pharmacist practitioner to definition of practitioner and to the definition of prescription; amend KRS 315.010 to add prescribing, using, or administering drugs, except some controlled substances, by pharmacist practitioners, to definition of practice of pharmacy and define pharmacist practitioner and collaborative practice agreement; amend KRS 315.065 to require written proof of continuing education for renewal of certification as a pharmacist practitioner; amend KRS 315.110 to specify expiration and fees for certification; amend KRS 315.121 to add actions relating to pharmacist practitioners as grounds for the board to take action against a certificate; amend KRS 315.191 to require the board to promulgate administrative regulations for certification for pharmacist practitioners and establish training programs and qualifications for practice and prescriptive authority; create a new section of KRS 315 to specify requirements for administrative regulations for certification for pharmacist practitioners, require collaborative agreements between a practitioner or practitioners and a physician or physicians, and require the board to establish an advisory committee to review and recommend actions relating to pharmacist practitioners.
