     AN ACT relating to sales and use tax.
     Amend KRS 139.531 to exempt from sales and use tax, water and waterer systems, feed and feed additives, seed, commercial fertilizer, straw and bedding materials, fly repellent, and horse wormer and fly repellents purchased for equine; amend KRS 139.470 to conform; EFFECTIVE August 1, 2007.
