AN ACT relating to deceptive business practices.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 367 to prohibit misrepresentation of geographic location of floral businesses in telephone directories and other directory assistance databases; amend KRS 367.990 to provide a penalty of $2,500 per violation and to authorize either the Attorney General or the appropriate Commonwealth's Attorney to prosecute violations.
