     AN ACT relating to investment of state funds.
     Amend KRS 21.550 to prohibit the Judicial Retirement Fund from investing in companies relating to the Sudan and require that the fund divest itself of investments in companies investing in the Sudan; amend KRS 42.500 to prohibit the State Investment Commission from investing in companies relating to the Sudan and require that the commission divest itself of investments in companies investing in the Sudan; amend 61.650 to prohibit the Kentucky Retirement Systems Board from investing in companies relating to the Sudan and require that the board divest itself of investments in companies investing in the Sudan; amend KRS 161.430 to prohibit the Kentucky Teacher's Retirement System Board from investing in companies relating to the Sudan and require that the board divest itself of investments in companies investing in the Sudan.
