     AN ACT relating to motor vehicle renting companies.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 281 to define "motor vehicle renting company" and "vehicle license recovery fee"; allow motor vehicle renting companies to charge daily vehicle license recovery fees to customers, concession recovery fees charged to companies by airports on vehicles in its rental fleet, and consolidated facility charges charged by airports or government-owned or operated facilities for improvements or construction at company's operating facilities; require that companies include these fees in advertisements; require fees to be separately itemized in rental agreement; require adjustment of fees if a company collects excess.
