     AN ACT relating to public morals.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 510 to create definitions for "full or partial nudity" and "public place"; establish the crime of public indecency as a Class A misdemeanor when one appears in a public place in full or partial nudity; amend KRS 510.140, relating to sexual misconduct, to increase the penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony; amend KRS 531.020, relating to distribution of obscene matter, to increase the penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony; amend KRS 531.030, relating to distribution of obscene material to minors, to increase the penalty for the first offense from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony and, for a second or subsequent offense, from a Class D to a Class C felony; amend KRS 531.040, relating to using minors to distribute obscene material, to increase the penalty for the first offense from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony and, for each subsequent offense, from a Class D to a Class C felony; amend KRS 531.050, relating to advertising obscene material, to increase the penalty from a Class B misdemeanor to a Class A misdemeanor; amend KRS 531.060, relating to promoting sale of obscenity, to increase the penalty from a Class B misdemeanor to a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony for a second offense and from a Class D felony to a Class C felony for the third and subsequent offense; amend KRS 531.090, relating to voyeurism, to increase the penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony; amend KRS 531.350, relating to promoting sale of material portraying a sexual performance by a minor, to increase the penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony for the first offense, a Class C felony for the second offense, and a Class B felony for each subsequent offense.
