     AN ACT relating to tourism development.
     Amend KRS 148.859 of the Tourism Development Act to allow for an approved company to be granted an extension of up to six years on the term of agreement; require an approved company to demonstrate that a minimum of 50% of visitors to an approved project are out-of-state visitors; require an approved company to expend an additional 10% of the amount of approved costs set forth in the original agreement on approved capital expenditures at the approved project; amend KRS 139.536 to conform.
