     AN ACT relating to tax credits for conservation easements.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 and amend KRS 141.0205 to establish a tax credit for easements granted to allow wildlife-associated public access to private lands.

     HCA (2, H. Moberly Jr) - Limit credits to 5 percent in any county.
