     AN ACT relating to the medical expenses of county jails.
     Amend KRS 441.045 to prevent counties from reimbursing health care providers for care of prisoners more than the payments for equivalent services to providers under the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program; provide that reimbursements less than those provided for under the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program are not prohibited.
