     AN ACT relating to voting rights for persons with disabilities.
     Amend KRS 387.590, relating to guardians and wards, to remove the automatic loss of the right to vote upon the appointment of a guardian; make the loss of voting rights contingent upon the court entering a specific finding and order relating to the right to vote.
