HB 381 (BR 1681) - S. Baugh, T. Kerr
AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to allow motor vehicles that meet the age qualifications of a "historic vehicle" as used in KRS 186.043(2) to display an authentic Kentucky license plate 25 years or older, or a reproduction of such a plate, if the current motor vehicle plate and the registration receipt are kept in the vehicle at all times.
HB 381 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Attach a new Section 2 to amend KRS 186A.115, relating to motor vehicle inspections, to provide that inspections on historic motor vehicles that are brought into Kentucky shall be limited to verification of the vehicle identification number with supporting documentation for purposes of titling.
