AN ACT relating to motor vehicle sales.
Amend KRS 190.010 to define "automotive mobility dealer," "adapted vehicle," and "mobility equipment"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 190 to require any person engaging in the business as an automotive mobility dealer to be licensed and regulated by the Motor Vehicle Commission; set forth a fee of $100 for issuance and renewal of this license; give automotive mobility dealers the right to display, inventory, advertise, and offer for sale any adapted vehicle.

HCS - Retain original provisions of bill; add a new Section 3 amending KRS 190.390 to increase the fee for motor vehicle salesperson's licenses from $10 to $20 annually; require dealer employing the salesperson to pay license fee; conform to gender-neutral language.
