     AN ACT relating to motor vehicle sales.
     Amend KRS 190.010 to define "automotive mobility dealer," "adapted vehicle," and "mobility equipment"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 190 to require any person engaging in the business as an automotive mobility dealer to be licensed and regulated by the Motor Vehicle Commission; set forth a fee of $100 for issuance and renewal of this license; give automotive mobility dealers the right to display, inventory, advertise, and offer for sale any adapted vehicle.
