     Amend 2006 Kentucky Acts Chapter 252, Part II, Capital Projects Budget; A. General Government; 2. Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to allow the recipients of Infrastructure for Economic Development Funds for Coal and Non-Coal Producing Counties to certify to the Commissioner for the Governor's Office for Local Development (GOLD) that a specified project is no longer active project and request reallocation of the funds; authorize reallocation of funds by the Commissioner for GOLD upon the State Budget Director's authorization and notification to the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue; EMERGENCY.
