     AN ACT relating to interscholastic athletic programs.
     Amend KRS 156.070 to allow, under certain conditions, two public high schools to have a cooperative interscholastic sports program; define the classification level at which the cooperative sports program must compete; identify the responsibilities of parents or guardians of nonresident students participating in a cooperative sports program; identify the steps to amend an original cooperative agreement; prohibit the promulgation of administrative regulations, policies, or bylaws that would prevent a cooperative interscholastic athletic program from being formed.
