     AN ACT relating to the Insurance Coverage, Affordability and Relief to Small Employers (ICARE) Program, and declaring an emergency.
     Amend 2006 Kentucky Acts Chapter 252, the state/executive branch budget bill, to require that each Insurance Coverage, Affordability and Relief to Small Employers (ICARE) health benefit plan cover all cancer screenings recommended by the American Cancer Society's "Guidelines for the Early Detection of Cancer"; EMERGENCY.
