     AN ACT relating to motor vehicle insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.20-020 to define "principally garaged", to require limits for property damage, and to require that any motor vehicle liability insurance policy issued in this state shall include a certification from the insured that he has received full disclosure of all available coverage types, levels of coverage and corresponding premium quotes; amend KRS 304.39-020 to increase the basic reparation benefit for personal injury to any one person from $10,000 to $25,000; amend KRS 304.39-050 to increase the basic reparation benefit for personal injury to any one person from $10,000 to $25,000 from more than one reparation obligor; amend KRS 304.39-110 to increase the split limits liability coverage for bodily injury sustained by one person from $25,000 to $50,000 and to increase the split limits liability coverage for bodily injury sustained by all injured persons as the result of one accident from $50,000 to $100,000, to increase the liability coverage for property damage arising from one accident from $10,000 to $25,000, and to increase the single limits liability coverage minimum for all damages arising out of bodily injury or property damage from one accident from $60,000 to $125,000; amend KRS 304.39-115 to provide that damages for loss of use of a motor vehicle shall include the costs of acquiring a reasonable replacement vehicle of like kind to the damaged motor vehicle; and amend KRS 304.39-130 to increase the maximum weekly basic reparation benefits for work loss, survivor's economic loss, replacement services loss and survivor's replacement loss from $200 to $500.
