HB 430 (BR 1304) - L. Combs, J. Greer, C. Hoffman
AN ACT relating to consumer telemarketing.
Amend sections in KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999 and subsequent sections to replace the state-maintained Zero Call list with the national Do Not Call Registry; replace references to "merchant" with "telemarketing company."
HB 430 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions of HB 430/GA; require the Office of the Attorney General to request that the Federal Trade Commission place the numbers currently on the zero call list on the National Do Not Call List.
