     AN ACT relating to presidential electors.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 118 to provide that at-large presidential electors shall cast their ballots for presidential and vice presidential candidates who receive the highest number of votes in the state and that congressional district presidential electors shall cast their ballots for the presidential and vice presidential candidates who receive the highest number of votes in their respective congressional districts; amend KRS 118.325 to provide that a presidential elector shall be nominated from each congressional districts and two at-large presidential electors shall be nominated, and that alternate presidential electors shall also be chosen for each elector in case of vacancy; amend KRS 117.265, 118.425, 118.435, and 118.445 to conform.
