     AN ACT relating to brownfields.
     Amend KRS 224A.011 to add definition of "Brownfield project" and "Brownfield site"; delete erection of solid waste projects from definition of "construction"; delete "authority and power to finance, acquire, construct, or operate" "solid waste projects" from definitions of "government agency"; add "brownfield projects" to definition of "infrastructure project"; add "any other public utility or public service project that will enhance economic development opportunities in the commonwealth" to definition of "infrastructure project"; delete "solid waste revolving fund" from definitions contained in KRS 224A.011; delete system owned and operated by a government agency with respect to solid waste projects, and treatment works from definition of "system."
