     AN ACT relating to planning and zoning in counties containing a city of the first class or consolidated local government.
     Amend various sections of KRS 100.401 to 100.419, the Binding Element Enforcement Act to include within the powers of counties containing a city of the first class or consolidated local government and the cities of the first four classes in that county the power to issue citations for violations of other land use provisions; define "land use provisions"; allow local legislative body having authority over the planning commission to authorize board of zoning adjustment to conduct hearings on contested citations; amend KRS 100.237, relating to conditional use permits, to allow citations to be issued for violation of conditions; amend KRS 100.285, relating to subdivision regulations, to allow citation to be issue for violations; amend KRS 100.291, also relating to subdivision regulations, to provide that violations can be cited.
