     AN ACT relating to health care data.
     Amend KRS 216.2920 to add "outpatient or ambulatory care facility" to the definition of "facility" and add "any outpatient or ambulatory care facility owned by a hospital" to the definition of "hospital"; amend KRS 216.2923 to require the Health Services Data Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the cabinet on the collection and dissemination of specific types of outpatient and ambulatory care facility data; amend KRS 216.2925 to require the promulgation of administrative regulations requiring all licensed hospitals and ambulatory care facilities to report data elements for services provided on an outpatient basis for each outpatient and ambulatory care facility operated by each hospital; require the administrative regulations to implement those requirements to be promulgated by July 1, 2007.
