     AN ACT relating to eminent domain.
     Amend various sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes to remove the authority of local governments to exercise the power of eminent domain to eliminate blighted or slum areas while retaining other acquisition powers; limit eminent domain to situations involving public use; amend various sections of the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky to alter the pleading, trial, proof, procedure, and appellate provisions of a civil eminent domain action; amend various other sections to conform; repeal KRS 99.220, 99.230, 99.240, 107.400, 177.260.
