     AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Amend "economic development project" definition in KRS 154.22-010 and 154.28-010 to allow ownership of improvements or facilities on land possessed by a company pursuant to a ground lease having a term equivalent to the length of the financing agreement; allow credits against equipment and costs related to installation of equipment of $20,000 per job created by and maintained at the economic development project.
