     AN ACT relating to economic development and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 154.24-090 to establish the criteria for eligible companies that locate a project adjacent to a postsecondary education center to alternatively satisfy wage requirements; require 90% of employees to receive base hourly wages and benefits equal to or greater than 200% of the federal minimum wage; require the company to seek to provide meaningful employment opportunities for nontraditional students enrolled at a regional postsecondary education center; require the director of a regional postsecondary education center to assert that the eligible company is likely to provide appropriate employment opportunities for nontraditional students; EMERGENCY.
