AN ACT relating to firearms.
Amend KRS 237.020 relating to purchase of firearms in contiguous states to specify that Kentucky residents may purchase or otherwise acquire firearms anywhere it is legal to do so under federal and state law; specify that out-of-state residents may purchase or otherwise acquire firearms in Kentucky if the purchase is legal under federal and state law; specify that persons who are not citizens of the United States may purchase or otherwise acquire firearms in Kentucky if the purchase is legal under federal and state law.
