     AN ACT relating to nuisances.
     Amend KRS 381.770 to allow local governments to adopt and enforce ordinances regulating junked, wrecked, or nonoperative motor vehicles, including parts cars, that are more restrictive than the state provisions; include charter counties and unified local governments within purview of statute.
