     AN ACT relating to the practice of medicine.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to require that only an appropriately trained physician use lasers, intense pulsed light, radio frequency, or medical microwave devices; permit the physician to delegate these procedures to a nonphysician with documented training who is directly supervised on-site by the physician.
