     AN ACT relating to school attendance area.
     Amend KRS 159.070 to delete the provision that requires the Kentucky Department of Education to resolve attendance matters between districts; permit, as a result of a school district dissolution, parents to enroll their children in a school in school district closer to their home; allow parents, under certain conditions, to request to enroll their children in any school district within their county of residence; provide that state per pupil funding be transferred to the district receiving out-of-district students.
