     AN ACT relating to school-based decision making councils.
     Amend KRS 160.345 to add a classified employee representative as a member of a school-based decision making council; allow school employees to vote in the council election at the school where they spend the majority of the workday or where assigned for administrative purposes; allow school employees to be eligible to serve on the school council at the school where they spend the majority of the workday or where assigned for administrative purposes; allow classified employees to select a minority employee to serve as a classified employee member of the school council in schools having eight percent or more minority students.
