     AN ACT relating to economic development, making an appropriation therefor and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new sections of 25 of KRS Chapter 154 to establish an economic development incentive program for companies within the jurisdiction of a consolidated local government containing a city of the first class, designated under the United States Department of Commerce, United States Census Bureau North American Industry Classification System code of 336211, 336111, 336112, or 336120, that employ at least 1,000 full time persons engaged in manufacturing, that has been operating in the Commonwealth on a continuous basis for at least five years, and that has been previously approved for economic development incentives from the Commonwealth; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform; appropriate the sum of $10,000,000 from the General Fund to the Cabinet for Economic Development, Financial Incentives, for use by the Bluegrass State Skills Corporation; EMERGENCY.
