     AN ACT relating to mental health services.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 304.17A, 304.17C, and 304.18 to define terms and require that if an insurer or utilization review organization approves outpatient services for a mental health condition, the services are approved for a period of 90 days, and require insurer or utilization review organization to consult with a qualified mental health professional for extensions of approval or prior to denying, limiting, or reducing outpatient services for a mental health condition.
