     AN ACT relating to peace officer certification.
     Amend KRS 15.400, relating to certification of grandfathered peace officers, to permit an officer to retain certification if employed within thirty days by another law enforcement agency that is subject to certification; amend KRS 15.380 to allow Commonwealth detectives and county detectives to participate in the peace officer certification program; amend KRS 15.386 and 15.392, relating to peace officer certification, to conform; provisions RETROACTIVE to July 1, 2004.
