     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 365.250 relating to junkyards and other purchasers of used ferrous and nonferrous metals, to require them to keep a register of sellers and make the information available to law enforcement agencies; amend KRS 365.990, relating to penalties, to conform.
