     AN ACT relating to treatments for autism spectrum disorders.
     Amend KRS 304.17A-143 to provide that "autism spectrum disorders" or "ASD" has same meaning as in KRS 194A.620; prohibit deductibles, coinsurance, or copayments for covered ASD health benefits; require the maximum benefit for ASD to increase in accordance with the nonseasonally adjusted annual average Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, all items, between the two (2) most recent calendar years available, as published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics for the prior calendar year; define "child" as a person from birth through 21 years.
