     Declare the area of General Assembly committee rooms used for the seating of legislators to be off-limits for the duration of a committee meeting for all persons who are not legislators or staff unless a specific person or persons are invited by a legislator into the restricted area; urge chairs of standing committees in each chamber, after calling a meeting to order, to remind the audience about this restriction for the duration of the meeting.
