AN ACT relating to police in consolidated local governments.
     Amend KRS 67C.319 to specify that "seniority" is not "time in grade," allow examiner to set cut-off scores where the number of applicants exceeds the number of positions available, set parameters for the establishment of cut-off scores, and allow tie scores to advance in the application process.
