     AN ACT relating to anti-epilepsy drugs and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 217 to prohibit a pharmacist from substituting anti-epileptic drugs prescribed for the treatment of epilepsy or seizures without notification and consent of the prescribing physician and patient; amend KRS 217.822 to conform; declare an EMERGENCY.
