     AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 36 of the Constitution of Kentucky, relating to sessions of the General Assembly.
     Propose to amend Section 36 of the Kentucky Constitution to limit odd-year sessions to revenue and appropriation bills, other subjects that may be proposed by the Governor, any two subjects proposed for consideration by the Senate President and House Speaker and agreed to by both of them, and items referred by statutorily created legislative committees to the General Assembly for action; restrict action upon revenue and appropriation bills in even-year sessions to a three-fifths vote; provide schedule for effectiveness of amendment; submit to voters.
