     AN ACT relating to executive branch budget projects, and declaring an emergency.
     Amend 2006 Kentucky Acts Chapter 252, Part II, Capital Projects Budget, A. General Government, 2. Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and 4. Governors Office for Local Development to allow the recipients of Infrastructure for Economic Development Funds for Coal and Non-Coal Producing Counties and Community Development Fund Projects to certify to the Commissioner of the Governor's Office for Local Development (GOLD) that a specified project is no longer active and request reallocation of the funds; authorize reallocation of funds by the Commissioner of GOLD.
