SB 130 (BR 962) - R. Stivers II

     AN ACT relating to employee interest in contracts between a public postsecondary education institution and a business.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to permit governing board of a public postsecondary institution to adopt regulations establishing the conditions under which and the procedures whereby an employee may have an interest in a contract between the institution and a business; amend KRS 164.131, 164.390, and 164.821 to conform.
