SB 14 (BR 90) - D. Roeding

     AN ACT relating to elections and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 117.255 to create an exception to the two-minute time period allowed for each voter to occupy a voting booth for disabled persons.

SB 14 - AMENDMENTS


     SCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill to provide an exemption from the two-minute voting rule for individuals with a disability.

     HFA (1, D. Owens) - Amend KRS 118.215 to provide that during a presidential election year, the Secretary of State shall certify the nominations no later than the Monday after the Friday following the first Tuesday in September; amend KRS 118.365 to conform.
