     AN ACT relating to oaths.
     Amend KRS 62.040, relating to a peace officer's oath to suppress gaming, to permit any person authorized by KRS 62.020 to administer the oath; amend KRS 70.010, relating to the oath taken by the sheriff, to permit the oath to be administered by any person authorized by KRS 62.020 to administer an oath.
