     AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators.
     Amend KRS 329A.020 to permit the Governor to remove a member from the Kentucky Board of Licensure for private investigators for neglect of duty or malfeasance without a recommendation by the board; amend KRS 329A.025 to allow the board to approve continuing professional education; amend KRS 329A.075 to require a licensee to return his or her identification card in the event of a license revocation or license denial.
