SB 160/LM (BR 1806) - B. Leeper

     AN ACT relating to the Real Estate Appraisers Board.
     Amend KRS 324A.020 to authorize activities the board may undertake in investigating allegations of violations; amend KRS 324A.050 to increase the actions for which the board may penalize a certificate or license holder; amend KRS 324A.052 to grant the board or its designee the authority to investigate the actions of a licensee or certificate holder on its own initiative.

Leeper) - Amend Section 1 by deleting the board's authority to enter an office to inspect documents relating to an investigation; amend Section 2 by deleting specifics of coherent workfile contents; amend Section 3 to specify that investigations initiated by the board are to deal with allegations of violations of provisions specified in Section 2 of the Act.
