SB 171 (BR 1733) - A. Kerr

     AN ACT relating to unemployment insurance.
     Amend KRS 271B.14-220 to require a certificate from the Division of Unemployment Insurance before reinstatement of a dissolved or revoked corporation; amend KRS 341.300 to extend the time to collect unpaid contributions, interest, or penalties from five years to ten years; amend KRS 341.410 to delete reference to "worker's benefit year" for determination of a workers' status and make a technical correction; and amend 341.800 to extend the expiration time on liens and levies filed from five years to ten years.
