     AN ACT relating to animal cruelty.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 525 to provide for definition of what does and does not constitute a reasonable cost for keeping an animal; amend KRS 525.125, 525.130, and 525.135 to require offender to pay reasonable and necessary maintenance costs for the care of animals involved in cruelty and torture cases.
