     AN ACT relating to veterans' family education assistance.
     Amend KRS 164.507 to waive the public higher education or vocational tuition of a person who is the child of a deceased veteran and who is under the age of 26, rather than who is under the age of 23, for a period not in excess of 45 months, rather than not in excess of 36 months; amend KRS 164.515 to waive the public higher education or vocational tuition of a person who is the child of a permanently and totally disabled veteran or member of a reserve component and who is under the age of 26, rather than under the age of 23, for a period not in excess of 45 months, rather than not in excess of 36 months.
