     AN ACT relating to driver training schools.
     Amend KRS 332.202 to require the State Police to issue a license to a driver training school that holds a license in another jurisdiction upon completion of an application; amend KRS 332.204 to delete the requirement that the owner of a driving training school be a resident of the state and permit training school instructors to hold a valid operator's license from another jurisdiction.
